This little girl is dearly in love with her stuffed bunny and takes him everywhere with her. Mr. McPhail's illustrations make the bunny look fluffy and live, just as it is in the little girl's imagination. The bunny even has it's own bed, right next to hers.
If you're looking for a book for your Easter basket, be sure to check this one out. It touched my heart and made me wish I had a small one to share it with. It would also be great to read to your child before bedtime. Add a little stuffed bunny to the basket, and you can put your child to bed the same way as the girl in the book.
