Werewolf Parallel by Roy Gill

Cameron managed to fight off his Grandmother and keep his life, but the danger isn't past yet. There is more than one bad person in his world...

Floris Books and Net Galley allowed me to read this book for review (thank you).  It's been published, so check with your local bookstore for a copy.  Get the Daemon Parallel to read first, it leads into this story.  (And it's also a very good read.)

Cameron has his friend Morgan, the werewolf.  Morgan is a werewolf with an attitude.  Cameron also has Eve, who was used by a weaver and now is aged more in body and looks that in mind.  He doesn't mind because it's still Eve and she's a girl he likes.  The problem is that they are all children and the problem they're trying to handle is an adult out of control.

The story moves at a fast pace, keeps your attention, and it's a dangerous road Cameron and his friends walk.  They have a crazy scientist who wants to remove the void and join the two worlds together again.  If that happens, all the paranormals will be on earth again and people will die.  He doesn't care, he just wants to be the most famous scientist.  The ensuing battle is fierce, with help from the werewolves from the other side.

Cameron has to make a big sacrifice to stop the mess and isn't sure he wants to.  How the author chose to end the conundrum he created is interesting.  Magic worlds always amaze me.

While written for teens and young adult, I enjoyed this book.  Like paranormal and magic?  Try this book!
