How's your imagination? Do you and your child have a good one? You'll need it to read this magical book!
Kids Can Press and Net Galley allowed me to read this book for review (thank you). It was published September 1, so you can grab a copy now at your local bookstore.
Here's a unique look at how the world would be run if children had control. Forget bedtime, stay up as long as you want. Wear what you like. Have as many pets as you want. Have your birthday every day. I mean, why not? Little ones are sure they won't get tired of it, but we know better right?
My favorite line in the whole story is that you're never too old to play. That's true. And often times it takes young ones to make us remember that.
The illustrations are colorful and great fun. All in all, this is a fun book to read with your little ones. Why not find out what they'd like to do if they controlled the world?
